Chevalier Mitten
One down, umm three to go. I was making these for a gift... but it's so awesome I'm keeping it for myself (selfish knitting really doesn't happen that often around here- honest). I still need the gift though, so I need to make another pair. Will it happen? The yarn is Coeur d'Alene Alpacas 100% alpaca (local farm) and I'm using size 5 needles.

Oooh -- I love these. There's nothing wrong with selfish knitting...!

Gorgeous mittens! They're so lovely you must keep them for yourself :)

I was making mittens for my sister and know I'm keeping them for myself. I realized that I didn't have any handknit mittens even though I had made many pairs. Your mitten is beautiful - enjoy!

There is no way I'd be able to give up that mitten without a fight either.
