What's Come Over Me?
I don't know what's come over me? Maybe it's the change in scenery, but for some reason the only knitting I've chosen to do for a month is on a sock. I can't believe all I've knitted in a month is a tiny little inkling of a cuff on a sock.. and I'm not even a sock knitter.
This is though some of my new sock yarn that I picked up on my mini Seattle yarn crawl and does qualify as a blue project too for the end of this months project spectrum colours. Hopefully, as my manic working spree ends and I settle in more here I will get some of my knitting mojo back. We'll see.

I've discovered your blog through the knitting blogs ring and project spectrum, to which I've just posted some blue socks in almost the same color of your sock! Then, come to find out that you are in the Seattle area too and came from Coeur d'Alene, which I just visited last month - even stayed at the Resort which you have a picture of in one of your posts. I've even seen that knitted bike in your LYS when I went looking for a yarn store there. Lots of coincidences! You have a lovely blog! Welcome to the Seattle area!

Ami, great minds really DO think alike. I've just finished a pair of embossed leaves - in red!

So beautiful! No need to pressure yourself to finish for PS. Knit on the lovely socks at your own pace - enjoy ;)

I thought you _were_ a sock knitter, just not a knitter of the second sock? It's snowing lightly here in your native land. Is the crazed work schedule slowing up any?

Every year at about this time, I get the urge to sew and then I nearly forget that I am really a knitter. This year, I've made a point to stay with it becasue my daughter is expecting, thus, we have deadlines - lol. Your sock is beautiful, so not to worry, eh?
